MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with my Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to un-brick this thing
